Managing Stress and Burnout During NEET Prep

Preparing for NEET can be highly stressful. However, managing your mental health is just as important as studying.

Take Regular Breaks

Studying for 10 hours straight is rarely productive. Use the Pomodoro technique—study for 50 minutes, then take a 10-minute break.

Stay Physically Active

Exercise releases endorphins, which are natural stress relievers. Even a 30-minute walk daily can make a huge difference in your focus and mood.

Talk It Out

Don't bottle up your anxiety. Talk to your parents, mentors, or friends. Remember, an exam does not define your entire life's worth.
